38|• It was all an illusion!
Tveshi has a psychological disorder that was born from deep-rooted trauma—years of emotional neglect, childhood abuse, loneliness, and the desperate need to survive in a world that never felt safe.
As a coping mechanism, her mind created internal escapes—illusions that feel vividly real to her. She sometimes drifts into these imagined realities without realizing it, where people, places, and even time may feel altered. These aren’t just dreams or daydreams—they’re survival tools crafted by a wounded mind trying to protect itself.
Some scenes in this chapter may blur the line between reality and illusion ( chp 29 -37) because that’s exactly what her world feels like. Please read with care and empathy.
